Unang talon

     Masaya pala! yan nalang ang nasabi ko matapos kong harapin yung takot ko sa mataas na talunan sa swimming pool sa Air base. Sa una ayaw kong tumalon dun dahil, una nakakahiya, pangalwa takot ako, at panghuli di ko ata kaya.... more

I have suffered extreme panic attacks for a few years and could not get to the bottom of it.
